On July 31 – August 1, 2025, a workshop-training within the PROMATAI project was held in Sofia, Bulgaria, bringing together partners from several EU-funded initiatives: PROMATAI, ice-Link, INHABITAT, ECOLUTION, VerdeDrive, and AGRHI.

The two-day event featured ten expert presentations covering a wide range of topics – from research methodologies and material testing equipment to CAD modelling and Eco-Design.

A total of 48 participants – including scientists and industry representatives – attended the event, with 30 present on site and 18 joining remotely from eight countries: Poland, Slovakia, Greece, Bulgaria, the UK, Malaysia, India, and Romania.

The workshop provided a positive and dynamic platform for inter-project collaboration, encouraging the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and best practices among teams working on complementary innovations in materials science, sustainability, and smart technologies.

The event also included a presentation on the R&D activities of Accent Pro 200 srl (Romania), showcasing their contributions to high-tech development within EU research frameworks.

This successful collaboration demonstrates the growing synergy among Horizon Europe projects, enhancing innovation potential and accelerating the deployment of advanced, sustainable solutions across Europe and beyond.
