In August and September 2025, the ninth secondment within the PROMATAI project was successfully completed as part of Task 2.3: “Computer Simulation of the Adjusted Grooved Feed Section (AGFS).”

The host institution, Cerca Trova Ltd. (Bulgaria), welcomed representatives from four partner organizations:

• University of West Attica (UWA), Greece – 3 participants
• Lublin University of Technology (LUT), Poland – 8 participants
• Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Polymer Materials (IEP), Poland – 5 participants
• Technical University of Kosice (TUK), Slovakia – 6 participants

During the stay, participants worked closely with local engineers on the development and analysis of virtual models of the AGFS, including mathematical modeling, simulation experiments, and evaluation of geometric parameters. The work aimed to optimize groove geometry and improve the performance of the extruder feed section.

All planned activities under Task 2.3 have been successfully completed.
