From 21 to 24 October 2025, the 22nd Scientific and Technical Conference on Engineering Polymers and Composites 2025 was held in Szczyrk, Poland. The conference focused on advanced polymeric and composite materials, including their design, testing, processing technologies, special functionalities, and applications in both industrial and biomedical fields.

This year’s event brought together more than 100 researchers and industry representatives, featuring 44 oral presentations and 30 scientific posters.

PROMATAI was proudly represented at the conference with a co-authored scientific poster titled "Design and Optimization of a Universal Feed Opening Section (FOS) for a single-screw extruder", developed by team members from IEP, UWA, and TUK. The work highlights the key result of WP1 of the project, demonstrating step by step how the prototype of the universal FOS for the smart extruder was designed and built.

PROMATAI’s active participation at the Engineering Polymers and Composites 2025 Conference strengthened visibility within both academic and industrial communities while opening new avenues for collaborative research and innovation.
