Representatives of the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Polymer Materials (IEP, Poland) promoted the PROMATAI project during the 30th International Fair of Plastics and Rubber Processing, PLASTPOL 2026, held on 19–22 May 2026 in Kielce, Poland.

PLASTPOL is one of the most important plastics and rubber processing industry events in Europe, serving as a platform for technology premieres, international cooperation, and the development of new supply chains. The jubilee 2026 edition focused on technologies addressing key industrial challenges, including energy efficiency, digitalisation, recycling, automation, and the circular economy.

The event gathered over 600 exhibitors from more than 30 countries across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, as well as approximately 15,000 professional visitors representing sectors such as automotive, electronics, medicine, construction, packaging, household appliances, and defence industries.

During the fair, the IEP representatives presented information about the PROMATAI project and MSCA activities, with particular emphasis on advanced polymer processing technologies, modern polymer composites, and sustainable materials solutions. Participation in the event contributed to increasing the visibility of the PROMATAI project among industrial stakeholders, researchers, and technology providers, while also supporting knowledge exchange between academia and industry.
