The Mid-Term Meeting of the PROMATAI project took place in Košice, Slovakia, on June 11, 2025, bringing together representatives from all partner institutions to assess progress and plan the next stages of the project.

The meeting was attended by members of the consortium, including academic and industrial partners, as well as the Project Officer from the European Commission. The host of the meeting was the Technical University of Košice.

On behalf of the entire PROMATAI consortium, we would like to express our sincere thanks to the team at the Technical University of Košice for their excellent organization and warm hospitality.

During the meeting, the project coordinator presented a detailed report on the current overall status of the project, including the implementation of scientific and training activities, dissemination and communication efforts, management aspects, and the progress of secondments.

The leaders of Work Package 1 (WP1) and Work Package 2 (WP2) also delivered comprehensive reports on the progress and outcomes within their respective areas.

Additionally, secondees from each participating organization presented brief reports on the implementation and results of their secondments.

The Project Officer provided valuable feedback and recommendations for the second half of the project, emphasizing the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and impact-driven outcomes.

The meeting concluded with an open discussion on future challenges, the planning of upcoming secondments, and the actions required to ensure the successful completion of the project.
